The surgical treatment of this pathology is not applied nowhere, because there is an opinion, that the method of surgical treatment of this illness is unperspective. However, the analysis of the literary datas demonstrates, that strengthening the resonance and the sound-level is possible to increase sound intensity and to achieve socially adequate audition.

The principle of the surgical intervention consists in the following:

1 .The volume of external auditory meatus and the area of the tympanic membrane must be increased.

2. The contact of the external auditory meatus and the antrum mastoideum must be closer.

3 . In the external auditory meatus or in the antrum mastoideum is necessary то create the "Effect cathedral cupola".

4. The exchange betweem the liquor cotunii and of the liquor cerebrospinalis must be increased.

These are the basic moments of My operation.
